Hak perlindungan ini dijamin oleh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hukumonline.com\/berita\/a\/pasal-34-ayat-1-uud-1945-lt6576a413aa746\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pasal 34 ayat (1) UUD 1945<\/a>.
