Anggoro Karya Adisarsono), menyampaikan bahwa banyaknya warga miskin yang tidak masuk PBI JKN khususnya ibu Hamil Risti, tujuannya mengurangi dan mencegah Ibu hamil\/melahirkan dan bayi. Tambahan untuk SOP para bidan desa, apabila ada ibu hamil ditanyakan dulu kepesertaannya di JKNnya. Tahun 2019 yang mengikuti Jaminan Kesehatan sekarang ini hanya 1.039.504 Jiwa atau 90,15%, sedangkan warga masyarakat yang belum mengikuti sebanyak 113.571 Jiwa (9,85%) dari total penduduk Kabupaten Demak 1.153.075 Jiwa. Dan peserta dari Bidan Desa dari 7 Puskesmas Kecamatan Mranggen 1, 2, 3, Karangawen 1, 2, dan Puskesmas Sayung 1, 2.<a
